  • This is a lovely garden with deciduous and evergreen varieties of bonsai. It was interesting to see that some were collected in the wild and others were trained from the beginning to be bonsai. Some had been in training for under 20 years old and others over a hundred. We were lucky that in May, some were blooming, but regardless, they were all beautifully displayed and well worth a visit. We will be back.
  • Free parking, free entry, and just exceptionally beautiful displays. It was a wonderful way to spend Mother's Day!!!! They have donation boxes and we were moved to donate a bunch because they deserve support for what they do! Very soul-enriching!!!!! 😊
  • Beautiful bonsai trees! Actually much cooler as a place to visit than you'd think; I visited during Mother's Day weekend and we spent a lot more time here than we'd planned.
  • Beautiful gardens. Would recommend. Recommend to call ahead of time to see if they are in bloom and not twigs.
  • I never knew how much variety and interest was possible with bonsai. We went on a Sunday hoping to take the free public tour but it didn't happen. Still, it was easy to walk through the collection on our own and experience the tranquil beauty of the bonsai on display.
