  • Cross Creek Mall seemed pretty nice and a decent size for the Fayetteville area I suppose. You standard chain stores that you'd see at any other mall.
  • I wish another mall would open in this area. Management at this mall is horrible. Deena the mall manager takes bribes as well. because this is the only mall in this area they use that to they're advantage and do not care about anything but them selves. don't even get me started about how dirty this mall is. ESP THE RESTROOMS!!!!!!! I have never not once gone into one of the malls restrooms without if smelling horrifically of urine and feces. other than that there is no complaints about this mall. they should first start with fixing theyre management issues and security. and finally stop hiring handicap people to clean your restrooms!!!!!!!!!
  • I come from a bigger city with a much bigger mall, but this mall still holds the stores I tend to shop in so I appreciate it all the same. Great variety in the food court as well. Convenient barbershop for the guys and nail salon for the ladies so that's a plus as well.
  • I like to go this shopping mall as jcpenny, sears, macy and e-belk are internall connected with the mall.
  • There are most major stores here and a food court with a decent selection. The parking lot is a death trap and it is nearly impossible to walk in the corridors without nearly bumping someone or being attacked by a kiosk vulture. I would much rather go to Florence or Raleigh... but at least there is a good store selection.
  • Been going here since I was a kid. Is it the most impressive mall? No. But it's provided me with all the shopping options I've needed. Bathrooms have and always will stink though. No full body mirrors either. Kiosks are quite annoying. I worked at Spencers during Christmas time and was harrassed by the same two or three everyday despite seeing me everyday. But there's an okay variety of food and stores, if only there was a lush! My mall would be complete!
