  • Very professionally handled tours of fine art with well maintained gardens. I would recommend visiting Hill Stead when in the West Hartford- Farmington- Bristol area.
  • This is a very lovely historic home. The house, artwork and surroundings are worth the trip. My tour guide could have been better informed, but overall a good job.

  • Very interesting, staff was knowledge, check it out of you like history.
  • I did not expect to like this place as much as I did. They had a very large amount of art, and the artists were of a higher level than I would have expected. Some highlights of the tour were pieces by Monet, Manet, and Mary Cassatt. There is also an attached farm, reachable after a short walk. I would come back here again, likely when the sunken garden is in bloom.
  • Really a fantastic museum. My wife and I took a trip to this fantastic farmhouse filled with the most beautiful treasures. There's nowhere I know where you can get this close to masterpieces.
  • Absolutely gorgeous
  • Nice art and history
