  • This golf / resort is very close to our home , we have gone here several times , for Sunday Brunch /Breakfast . It is not an over the top brunch , not fussy or fancy . It is simple, but good , the hav...  more »
  • Thirty women traveled to Pala Mesa for a 2 day golf event. The rooms apparently varied in terms of how well kept they were. My room was fine. It wasn't a refurbished room, but it was good enough. Ever...  more »
  • Nice course. Good variety. Staff was great. It appeared the greens had been recently punched, so they were very bumpy. They really need better yardage markers. Overall, a great day of golf.
  • Nice course. Well manicured Fairways and greens just don't go as a single player or a threesome, make it even numbers otherwise you get matched up to play four. Not so good.
  • My car overheated and so I pulled off the fwy. and parked it in there parking lot under a well lit area in front of there lobby.I had left my car and got a ride home knowing AAA was almost there. My car was broke into and stereo was yanked out and electrical wires were fried and car was ransacked. They need a 24 hr. parking lot security officer.
  • This place is in need of updating. They're a good wedding venue, but the hotel rooms- from linens, to furnitures, to their bathroom has not been redone since the 80's. The staff are wonderful and attentive. I would love to see this place remodeled. It has so much potential. Bring an airfreshener if you're staying here, because this place is old and musty. Room service is provided by the in-house restaurant. Price is reasonable and it was delicious. They have a very well stocked in-house bar, a sushi bar and restaurant. One of the chef is a whiskey guru. They're about 1.5 mile away from the nearest market. There are hardly any streetlights on the old highway, so it's easily missed. Overall, it's a great place- the state of their hotel rooms really did take away their stars. The restaurant clientele are nice local people, golfers mainly. A local genleman named Jay, offered to walk me to my car from the lobby as I was ready to brave the rain in my dress and heels. He had an umbrella, I didn't. That's the kind of people you'll meet there. We were there for four days for a wedding. Wish I could've given a five star.
  • By far my worst experience in a resort....We booked through another source and received a decent room, clean and a place to sleep..2 nights our keys don't work and construction on our building starting at 7 am not too great for your 10 year anniversary. To top it off our last night has a wedding party right outside our room..Just a thought but maybe place guests that stay 3 nights away from parties and construction.
