  • I have been a couple of times and every time has been fun. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Great place to progress on the wakeboard. Highly recommend. Wish they would build one closer to me as we ...  more »
  • Definitely recommend making the trip, great facility, faculty that knows what they're doing, the whole staff just want to make you feel comfortable and are very nice. Will definitely be back soon.  more »
  • My first visit to Wake Nation was a little over a year ago when the facility was under different management and, in every aspect, the place was a dump that was horribly managed and maintained. Luckily...  more »

  • Wake Nation has all sorts of water sports to try. Wakeboarding, waterskiing, and kneeboarding are some of my favorites at Wake Nation!
  • We visited Wake Nation for the first time with a group of young teens. They loved it! I was thoroughly impressed with the staff. The group of young men teaching were patient, encouraging and so helpful to our group of beginners. The facility is very clean and accommodating, offering a large deck and covered areas for shade. They also had corn hole games, oversized Jenga, and Connect 4 for those not wanting to ride. We really enjoyed watching the talented boarders too. A special thank you to Joseph! He was so helpful and personable as he led our group throughout the afternoon and then took the time to show us his incredible talent as he made a few loops around the lake. Thank you Wake Nation...we will be back!
  • This place has potential to be fun and exciting but management isn't the best. They all say different things and don't really know how to run a business. They tried to get as much money out of you as possible. Trying to trick you into to paying for lessons, equipment and time. You won't be able to ride without having 2 lesson, which are worth $69. If you're a girl especially, they will doubt your ability. Much rather go to jungle jims
  • CALL CALL CALL!!!! They DO force you to take AND PAY for a lesson if it's your first time. After reading reviews on here, I decided to call about pricing. For a 2 hour beginner wakeboard session, it's $100 even. For a 4 hour session it's $105 (according to the $70 price I was told plus the $30-$35 ticket). As Snowboarders in Ohio, myself and my fiance are used to paying a fair amount for a ticket or pass. But we couldn't cope with $210 for 4 hours our first time there. That's a bit much. Oh also, the beginner Cables are only open for beginners who pay for one of their lessons (according to their staff).
  • Place useto be awesome, They got rid of a lot of the people at Wakenation who were the real reason people came to ride, new management seems inexperienced. Which is too bad I useto love to go here.
