  • Truly enjoyed visiting and seeing casts from 1800's to 1930's. Excellent display and layout. Best part was being able to try on some old props and take pictures!  more »
  • I went into this place thinking ...o well another car museum. But, it turned out to be a real nice tribute to the age of cars and machinery. Really enjoyed this place.  more »

  • This is possibly the best transportation museum I have ever been to, and I am not a car guy at all. There are so many amazing vehicles, some of which you can only see here. There are descriptive panels, photographs and movies. There's even a dress up station where you can wear period clothing and sit in a vintage car! The clothing on display is fantastic and in amazing condition. I think it's definitely worth a visit if you're coming to Fairbanks. (We were just going in for a quick look and we stayed for 2 hours!)
  • I spoke with the Willy Vinton the museum manager and he was very knowledgeable about the cars and spoke to us for over an hour while we were there. The cars were immaculate. Very good restorations and some that were all original. Beautiful museum very glad we went
  • The bar graph from Google say a person typically spends 1.5 hours here. Well if you're a car guy like me that number is ridiculously low. The cars are absolutely incredible. I had the best time wasting a Saturday and working the museum was very nice and knowledgable. If I get the opportunity to back to Fairbanks, this Museum is on the top of my list of places to re-visit.
  • The cars and vintage clothing was amazing! Loved the write-ups about each car. This is a must see. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed (and I'm not a car girl).
  • Loved it! There are so many cool cars from a time of forgotten auto history! This is a must see during a visit to Fairbanks.
