  • Amazing structure. You’re 2 stories up but very safe in an enclosed square spiral staircase. Lots of nature, I got to see a seal playing Keep Away with seagulls. I don’t know a single seagull with a s...  more »

  • Beach is alright. Since it's been filled in with SAND, it has a nice expansive sandy area. BE WARNED: clams have gone absolutely NUTS and walking around in the sand when the tide is coming or going may find yourself up to your calf, knees or waist (!!!) Due to the clams scooting around In the sand. This is also a dog park so be aware there may be dogs running around. Enjoy the beach just be cautious!
  • Love this park!! Beautiful beach and a nice trail too. The views are outstanding! It's a great place to take your family. You'll need to take some stairs to get down to the beach - so it's not suitable for those who have trouble with stairs.
  • In so many ways this beach is perfect. The uphill/downhill climb to get there is just enough exercise for a person wanting a gentle start to their exercise routines. For me, it offers amazing views and a nice walking and wading beach, most of the time. WATCH OUT though, for the treachery of some sandbars. There is a little stream that flows out into the sound. I followed that down to the water when the tide was out. I decided to walk along the water’s edge and nearly got sucked down a sand hole near where the stream ends. The structure of the sand there is unstable. So exercise great caution when walking along the water when tide is out, or on any sandbars. Stay close to where people are, though that is no guarantee.
  • Nice little park next to the sound. Some nice old pines and good views. Has a few play areas for children, and a dog park on the right side of the beach access. Not normally to many dogs around. Lots of old folks and kids. Maybe a quarter mile of beach front access. Watch out for those train tracks
  • I think it’s a great park and I always seem to clean. The walkway into it makes it feel magical because of the spiral staircase. The beach feels completely dog friendly and it feels like there’s always a buddy there for my dog. Is awfully Sandy for being a Washington beach and it’s great.
