  • But it was in Ripleys believe it or not and its worth the time and few bucks to see it. Look around at the local antique shops for a vintage post card of Pivot Rock. I found two from the 50s.  more »

  • Pivot rock is in the hilly area around Eureka Springs. I started the walk, but due to steep pathway I turned back. Elderly people and those physically challenged should be aware of possible danger. I ...  more »

  • Nothing really special here. It was a nice walk, but the natural bridge was a little disappointing. Pivot Rock itself was nice to see.
  • The lady that runs the gift shop was so rude. They charge $5 a person to see some very minuscule rock and a short trail. The nature trail is nice, quiet, and relaxing. Many people were jumping over the fence, unaware that there is a $5 cover charge. The lady yelled and made them get money out of their car and bring it to her before leaving the park. No problem paying the $5, she just was very unpleasant about it. Honest mistake, there are no signs outside stating that it costs money.
  • This is a tourist trap, nothing more. It's a gift shop that looks like the bathroom of a rich old Texan housewife that brings you to walking path that takes you on a loop around a trail that is lackluster at best. The main attraction is a "natural bridge" which is pretty much a hole in a rock. Lame.
  • This was a cool place to walk through although, I would not recommend bringing small children. It's almost necessary to stay on the path for safety reasons and poison ivy. The gift shop was neat and the woman behind the counter was so sweet.
  • A lovely hike to take in the marvel of Nature! Incredible rock formations, washouts, fossels, and sweet clean air! It is so quiet and peaceful... heaven on Earth! Each time I hike it, I see something new!
