  • Enjoyed visiting the museum. Great exhibits & art from local artists. Staff went out of her way to accommodate us.
  • They've done a nice job of bringing their story to life. I think it was just a few dollars to go through and a good stop for a first time visitor.
  • Good way to learn something about Eureka Springs. Nice museum. Doesn't take long and answer questions abot how the city came to be.
  • My sisters and I have attended this for the past 4 years and love each one more than the last. The players and costumes are very realistic and give a great interpretation of what life was like for the people being represented. It is not just entertainment, but a history lesson. We have recommended it to everyone who will listen to us. The only suggestion I would make is that the reception table at the parking lot have people sign in, or make note of the party name and how many are in the party so they may be taken in the order they arrived. We've always arrived plenty early and go on the first shuttle. This year people arrived much later than we did and went ahead of many of us out of turn. This is not fair to the people who arrive at 4:30. I hope those organizing this event will continue this wonderful program, but also hope they can correct the boarding dilemma.
  • We paid $5 each for a 15 to 20 minute walk through. It was musty which is normal, but too warm inside considering the outdoor temp was in the mid 60's.
  • Decent local museum
  • Love it!
  • The Historical Museum is the first stop on your left as you enter the historic downtown - located in the 1889 Calif, the museum has 3 floors including an art gallery of late 19th and early 20th century Ozarks artists. It also houses a visitor information center and helpful staff to help you discover more about the history of how Eureka Springs sprung up overnight as the springs were claimed as a healing tonic, and help you find your way around to many attractions and fine eateries and shops.
