  • The rose garden can also be accessed by the Willamette River Trail, as it sits right next to it, about a half mile northeast of Spencer Butte. This is definitely a summer attraction, when all of the f...  more »

  • Very beautiful rose garden. A great number of varieties. Very pretty in May and June when the roses are in bloom. Although it is a nice place to stroll around or sit by the river anytime in good weath...  more »

  • A beautiful little park for a picnic or stroll, hidden back in a quiet residential neighborhood. The rose garden is extensive and beautiful -- a little wild and rambly in places when I last looked but I loved all the more for that. The gazebo would be perfect for weddings.
  • So beautiful! Went there to take my sister-in-law's wedding photos. Down side was we accidentally crashed someones wedding! Oops! It's obviously a very popular place! Once you go there you'll see why! Just be careful of Saturday wedding. Lol. It's a public venue so that's something to consider if you want to have your wedding here.
  • This isn't the biggest rose garden you've probably been to, yet it is very vibrant and filled with many colorful flowers that is great to walk around with family. It's dog friendly as well and connects with the walkways next to the river. There is a cherry tree that is over 130 yrs old. It's not in great shape, but its still standing. A visual feat. It's clean and doesn't look trashy or vandalized. Though, there are some vagrants that seem to hang around the place, but its Eugene, you sort of expect it now days. It's worth a visit. I just wish it was bigger.
  • Breathtaking roses, scents were heavenly...nice walk to the river and a nearby hiking trail
  • I got married here last year, and I'm pretty sure our wedding was the best one ever. It's the most beautiful place I know of.
