  • A great place for a first date. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept. Negatives: Too close to a freeway and I don't think their growing practices are sustainable. That said, the Owen Rose Garden pr...  read more »

  • So beautiful! Went there to take my sister-in-law's wedding photos. Down side was we accidentally crashed someones wedding! Oops! It's obviously a very popular place! Once you go there you'll see why! Just be careful of Saturday wedding. Lol. It's a public venue so that's something to consider if you want to have your wedding here.
  • A beautiful little park for a picnic or stroll, hidden back in a quiet residential neighborhood. The rose garden is extensive and beautiful -- a little wild and rambly in places when I last looked but I loved all the more for that. The gazebo would be perfect for weddings.
  • This isn't the biggest rose garden you've probably been to, yet it is very vibrant and filled with many colorful flowers that is great to walk around with family. It's dog friendly as well and connects with the walkways next to the river. There is a cherry tree that is over 130 yrs old. It's not in great shape, but its still standing. A visual feat. It's clean and doesn't look trashy or vandalized. Though, there are some vagrants that seem to hang around the place, but its Eugene, you sort of expect it now days. It's worth a visit. I just wish it was bigger.
  • Smells very nice and good to take photos. Very nice paths that are not too long.
  • I think I've never seen these many roses at a time anywhere before. Great place to stroll around and enjoy the roses
