  • My wife and I discovered Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory in Crested Butte, Colorado, on our first trip to the Rocky Mountains. Founded in 1981, it is an international franchisor and confectionary man...  more »
  • Obviously this is a tourist spot, but the prices are ridiculous. I was also not happy with the peanut butter cup that I purchased. The store clerk was somewhat unfriendly and seemed to be in a hurry.  more »
  • For those rating low for customer service, I agree that there is one individual who works the counter who is rude, abrupt and very unwelcoming. I stop here every time I'm in Estes Park and have encoun...  more »

  • Randomly closed between 2:00 - 2:45pm for "lunch", watched over a dozen people walk up only to find theyre closed. With thier prices they lost over 100$. This location needs proper management .
  • I am deeply saddened that I have to write a review like this. I love Rocky Mountain chocolate factory and every time we come to Estes Park we go after a day of hiking. The store hours said they are open until 7:00pm and we arrived at 6:20pm and they were closed!!!! I am so upset by this. We were bringing friends to town and wanted to show off Rocky Mountain chocolate factory in the Rocky Mountains and I am extremely disappointed.
  • Chocolate was good, not great. Everything seemed to be made for profit. An example is a half covered oreo cost $1. Fudge was pretty costly and wasn't that great.
  • Not like it used to be. The fudge tasted processed, and instead of giving me chocolate/orange creams, they gave me chocolate/orange jelly candies that were hard and bitter. Laura's Candies downtown is MUCH better.
  • I felt it a bit pricey for candy. We bought 4 different pieces of candy and spent almost $30. The PB Bucket wasn't that good. I kinda expected better for the price.
