  • Limited visit due to bldgs not available at all times. I would have preferred the train to be as it was instead of a huge train replication display inside.  more »
  • We went to this park for the Grape Festival. We enjoyed the few booths, we had hoped for a lot more. Nice museum.  more »

  • This park is so cute. Old railroad cars, historic buildings, a playground with giant grapes, a veterans memorial and a really pretty water fountain. I wish I could give it 5 stars but it has a lot of homeless people that post up there all day and probably night as well, mostly on the weekends when City Hall is closed since they connect . This really takes away from the enjoyment of the park.
  • Pretty nice park with a lot of history, but the city really needs to address the homeless population that congregates here.
  • it's OK. it is a pretty small park and i wish it could be bigger, however the main reason i'm rating it a one... there are no stalls in the boy's bathroom, meaning you are exposing all of your body when you go to the bathroom. the bathroom is not also that sanitary, as well. by this, i mean that there is absolutely no soap in the bathroom. i highly reccomend that you do not come here unless you are going to just stretch your legs, or to sit around. that's the onyly things i would reccomend that you do here.
  • Theres plenty of fun festivals that happen here throughout the year, usually paired with a parade or street fair. If youre into Ingress, this is the biggest and easiest hub/farm in San Diego. It was dumbed down for Pokemon GO, but still a decent place to item farm. Unfortunately, its also a place where a good number of homeless reside during the day and sleep in corners at night. No need to be here after 10pm.
  • Very large open spaces, a great playground, and it's right across the street from the Children's Discovery Museum and George Burgers.
