Everything about the Waterpark was great. Staff, amenities, cleanliness and everything else was great. When booking, avoid the Comfort Inn - it is in serious need of upgrades. Wallpaper peeling...

Highly recommend visiting here for a small getaway or even just for the day. It is a family oriented place, everyone is friendly, and staff is very cautious. Just like any other theme type park, food and drink prices are slightly higher than average, however they weren't outrageous. There is something to do for everyone, from the baby splash pad to the 21 and older hot tub oasis. It feels safe within the facility and kids can enjoy themselves without parents being extremely concerned at all times. You must be wearing a bracelet to enter the facility for any reason and staff seems to keep a very close eye out for that. We had a blast and have already begun planning our next weekend getaway. There is a great arcade, and a restaurant right on site, you can also play a game of bowling if you are done with the water for the day. There is truly something for everyone.
So expensive and hate to spend it but honestly worth it. If you consider how much a person it is at a place like urban air.. which might be way less than splash lagoon.. but splash lagoon has 4x that for things to do. Plus you get to stay however long you want as opposed to paying a lot of money for just a few hours. Theres a ropes course up in the air, an arcade with seriously better games than places that are just an arcade only. The wave pool, surf ride, splash zone for smaller kids. So many fun slides for kids and adults plus a family hot tub and an adult hot tub too! Theres a bar and you can take your drink to the adult hot tub. The water is warm enough to be comfortable and I very rarely swim because I hate cold water. We paid 500 bucks for a family of 6 but you get to stay as long as you wants which is a big deal. The food is good too, and quick. Kind of like a school lunch line.
This place is a pretty nice waterpark. Only thing that's a little disappointing is the price. It is way overpriced so probably won't be back for a while. There's a lot of fun to have but with everything they have unfortunately it is not enough to last a full day here.
Our visit included with our hotel stay for our daughters cheer competition. A lot of fun. Was really busy during our visit bit was still enjoyable. Definitely recommend wearing some water shoes. Kind of small changing room so I changed in the showers. But I blame that on the amount of visitors during a cheer competition weekend. All in all, fun for the whole family and we will be back again someday.
We had a great time at Splash Lagoon, Erie PA this last week. We stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott 2 nights with a Splash package! I think the value for all we got was Great! We got 2 nights st the hotel but 3 whole days at the park. The water seemed clean and blue, however you could see it wasn't filtered very well as we found stuff on the wave pool floor and hair in the water but I felt it was clean for the amount of use. Unfortunately the cute area that I didn't get a pic of that was for little kids that had sprayers that was darling, the water was freezing cold! Ok not freezing but it was cold so no wonder there wasn't any little ones over there. My nephew had a good time in the arcade and was really excited about the VR game! The only thing that kept them from 5 stars is the fact that they told us on when we got our bands on Wed afternoon the guests of affiliated hotels got into the park a hour before it opened. This turned out to be Not true. We tried to take advantage of this on Friday and got there about 45 min early. There were 2 ladies washing the door windows and I told her we were from the hotel and that we qere there to get in early. First they acted like they didn't underpstand then they said they would let us in at 10:45 so we are waiting and waiting another family joins us with the same understanding, by 10:45 there were probably 25 to 30 people waiting. We find out that the hour early thing is only on Sat sun and Mon. I even called our hotel and talked to the manager and she said that is what she thought too! So I'm pretty angry so I talk to the only manager there that was the arcade Mgr. After sharing my story (we skipped breakfast to get there early,) he thanked me for bringing this misunderstanding to their attention and offered us 2 20 dollars arcade cards since that was all he could do and the General managers email and phone number. He was really nice and that says a lot although I was respectful and didn't raise my voice or used inappropriate words. All and all it was a very good experience!!
