  • We love Splash Lagoon in Erie! This was our 3rd visit and the kids had just as much fun as the first time. Lots of Lifeguards on duty to give parents a piece of mind. Lots of things for young and older kids to enjoy. Place was clean and enjoyable.
  • This place is awesome. Would re command to anyone. Great for small kids to adults. 2 to 3 slides that are pretty intense. Me and my fiance spent 2 days here with my 6 year old son and my best friends son and didn't get bored. Tons of amazing restaurants nearby as well.
  • Good time for all. It is a nice way to forget it's January and 11 degrees. We always bring lunch because the food is $$$ and not good. They used to run more specials and coupons so check for those. They discount after 4pm and it is much less crowded. We also like the adults only whirlpool. We have never stayed the night so can't speak to accommodations. If you think grandma can go and sit and watch for free... nope. They charge for that too.
  • Great time for the whole family. Enjoyed Splash Lagoon much more than Great Wolf Lodge. We asked the kids which one they preferred and hands down without hesitation it was Splash Lagoon. Prices are very reasonable and the restaurants and shopping close by make it a winner. Every one was so friendly which made the stay even better. Hotel room was nice and clean and came with the breakfast which was nice.
  • Upon our arrival they charged us more than the advertised rate, finally on the 3rd attempt we got that straightened out. A bit later we tried to order an adult beverage at the bar while the kids played in the pool. We all had to provide our IDs, which is fine, just a minor inconvenience when you are in swim trunks and everyone's stuff is put away. Minutes after getting our drinks we checked on the kids for a minute, our 3/4 full drinks were still at our table along with several leftover pieces of pizza and our gear. An employee throws away our remaining pizza and drinks. She realized her mistake when we asked and she said no problem, she would get us new drinks, and we said don't worry about leftover pizza, no biggie. Back at bar the same bartender refuses to give us our drinks without our IDs again, I said forget the drinks just give me back my money, I don't feel like keeping the young kids out of pool while gathering our IDs and waiting on him to run them again. He then refuses to refund money. Finally I go back and retrieve my ID and he stands at other end of bar ignoring me. Several minutes later a manager shows up asking what the problem is, after giving him the rundown of what happened, he gives us new drinks in smaller glasses minus the alcohol. Poorly organized and definitely not a place to enjoy a drink while relaxing with the family.
