  • Unfortunately, gambling and smoking still go hand in hand at this casino. Choose the wrong entrance and you end up walking through a cloud of smoke. This is a pretty tight slot casino but does have ta...  more »
  • Confirming other reviews on the buffet at Presque Isle Downs & Casino. My husband and I ate at the Friday Night Seafood Buffet here and it was terrible. I highly recommend that you NOT try this buffet...  more »
  • Have been there maybe 30 times since it opened. The layout, the machines, the food all just seems to get better. They MUST add more machines to allow you to sign up for their promos, standing in line ...  more »

  • New Brew Bros restaurant upstairs is fantastic. We had Lindsay as our server and she was helpful and very efficient. The food was excellent and reasonably-priced. The deals during happy hour (5-7PM on Friday when we were there) were really reasonable for drinks and appetizers. The pulled pork sandwich was great. We will be back for more!
  • Well, here's our experience, first of all, never go to guest services, they treat you like s**t. Ive never got anywhere with them, although, the sign at host station clearly says see guest services for your needs.... hahaha. I became black card a few months ago and I swear I get treated worse and comps are less. My husband and I frequent many casinos and they roll out the red carpet, but not here, you have to argue for everything. BUT, there is a person at host station and his name is JEREMY and he is the best! Efficient, helpful and attentive to your needs, cute too. Also, now, treated like dirt because my husband picked a card up off the floor and put inbetween slot machines only to get accused while we were interrupted eating dinner by someone who said we took this card. My husband was IRATE!!! Ask us all this personal info and then my husband asked to see video and of course it all ended... because my husband said he would gladly talk to our attorney... now we feel like criminals. Talk about spending thousands to be treated like this! Also, there is a James, NEVER deal with him, obviously he is told not to do anything for anybody. Many many more things. They cater to people who play 20 or 30 cents a hit, NOT people who spend 5 bucks a hit, go figure, we arent happy at all. Another quick thing, I play nickel double diamond all the time and I know what pay outs are, I finally got 2 green bars and 3 double diamonds on a 4.50 max bet and I only got 102.00, I called slot attendants and they tried to tell me only 1 double diamond counted, I called slot manager and waited until he came in at midnight only to tell me same, nobody knew nothing, so again, I lost out, they need professional employees there because it could be nice. And, while waiting and waiting at guest services, I finally showed my black card and girl behind counter yelled I see you, wait like everyone else! Moral of the story, does not pay to spend alot... EDITED, finally, Jonathon called and compensated, thank you!
  • I love going to the horse racing. You don't have to break the bank gambling and they have great food choices for really good prices. Fun for the entire family.
  • Live horse racing is lots of fun, even if you just bet $2 on a race or two. Downstairs buffet is always good, if a little pricey. Upstairs food is the same, but I suppose higher pricing is expected at a casino.
  • Fun place to go. Just be sure to set yourself at a limit of how much to spend and leave if you hit the limit. Otherwise, it's a fun place to stop by and spend $10.
