  • This place has changed since my last visit (2010), but for the better. The museum in my town, Toledo Museum of Art, is enormous so it may be a bit unfair of a comparison or point of reference to judge...  more »

  • Love everything about this place. Erie would not be the same without it. Thank goodness we have this here. Very dedicated staff makes this place an interesting visit every time I set foot on the property. You can tell they pour their heart into the curating an awesome experience for visitors. Great parties here too!
  • Pretty cool, I liked the dark garden and the spring show.
  • Went for a wedding reception, was a wonderful venue
  • Good for one visit
  • I'm actually really surprised about some of the negative comments I'm reading. All of my experiences at Erie Art Museum have been really great. Yes, It is a bit small...but then again Erie isn't exactly the worlds largest city. The Erie Art Museum in itself is a reflection of Erie. It wouldn't make sense to put some monumental museum with twenty different exhibits in a city the size of Erie. From what I've seen the art museum has quite a lot to offer to a little city like Erie. It's a really fun place to go for a date or to take the family. Also, it's free on Wednesdays which is awesome because you don't even have to pay to have a good time.
