  • I have stopped here several times because it's a great place to get out, walk around, get some air and take in the view. Great place for photos because the weather and light seem to enhance the Monume...  read more »
  • We had not planned to stop but then we spotted the horses on the ledge and turned off. The walk up is steep so shoes with traction are a must. We spent a good portion of time trying to stay upright in...  read more »
  • A great place to stop when east bound on I90. There is no direct west bound access, however there is a nice viewpoint for this travelers as well. We enjoy the commanding views of the river and surroun...  read more »
  • I had driven by, so many times. Finally stop in 2014 and made the hike. It was worth every step. At the time, I didn't know it would be my last hike. I was a little bit hurt because of the graffiti that was sprayed on them but at distance, you can't see it, so, it's not that bad. I can not walk it no more, but as I drive by (both ways), I can still remember that hike, every pain taken step, and it was worth every step.
  • Keep an eye out for this while traveling East on I-90. It's easy to miss if you're not looking for it. If you plan to go up the hill to see the monument close-up, bring shoes good for walking/hiking, as there is a dirt trail up the hill, which is a short hike up about 100 feet of elevation gain.
  • great view. no facilities. hike up the ridge to the metal horses. good place to stretch your legs.
  • Was incredible. Truly resembles the wild horse's pride an freedom.. my twin daughters wanted to run free with them lol..
  • Very cool... viewable from I-90. We always point it out to the kids as we drive by it.
