  • Pirates Cove is a great little water park if you don't feel like burning a hole in your wallet for Water World and you don't want the overcrowded idiocy at Elitches. Pirates Cove isn't huge but it's b...  more »

  • Our whole family loves this water park. It's not so huge you never see any of the people you're with and it has enough slides to keep everyone happy. Kids play area is a lot of fun, lazy river is perfect and the tower slides are quick. Best of all they allow you to bring your own food and drinks which saves A LOT of money. Had a birthday party here and it was less than $350 for 15 people AND a cabana. That included cake, ice cream, drinks and water toys plus admission! Absolutely LOVE Pirates Cove!
  • Perfect size with lots of areas for all ages. My oldest kids could roam around to areas they liked and I didn't have to worry about him. The youngest and middle child were able to be pretty independent in the lagoon area with my wife and I able to watch them from the pool edge. And we all enjoyed the lazy river multiple times throughout the day. The lifeguards are plentiful and are very keen on the safety in the pool. However, for the most part those monitoring the slides were not very open to simple questions and in general gave short, sparky answers to anyone asking questions. I suppose that's in part to them getting those same questions all day. This wasn't really all that detracting because you spend minimal time around the slide entrances. Lines for the slides weren't all that bad. Nothing not expected and MUCH shorter than I thought they'd be. All in all a great day with the family. Low admission prices and clean park. They do offer a military discount as well. Much better alternative than the larger water park in town where you can spend almost and hour getting in and nearly as long in each line. I will definitely be bringing the family back here again.
  • This is one of the best water parks I have been to. The price for the entire day was cheaper than the fee at most basic public pools. It has a friendly atmosphere and something for everyone to enjoy. It was perfect for the entire family. We took babies, grandma, and every age in between. I usually sit on the sidelines but I spent 2 hours enjoying the lazy river ride. We were able to take a cooler and our own food so everyone had something they could eat with out spending a small fortune. The concession has inexpensive items, water and fountain drinks. Life guards were posted at every turn in the park. I even saw them testing the water periodically for quality control of the pools. I only had one complaint. The changing area was ok but the bathroom, toilets, sinks and floors were not clean. Wear water shoes.
  • Great place to take your young kids for the summer. Food and entrance prices are reasonable. Seating areas can be slim, recommend getting there 30 minutes before opening to get a chair or just plan on getting a grassy area. Staff is friendly and cheerful.
  • Lots of fun for the entire family and much more reasonable than water world although much smaller. You can bring your own food and chairs unless you get there early enough to get chairs! Life guards also do a great job making sure people are safe!
