  • Nice little park. Great for picnics. Several guys were always there to fish, we all sat and watched the sunset and chat. We were "regulars".  more »
  • Well, we got our 20,000 steps in with no problem. Great trails and scenery. We saw a gopher tortoise and some sort of iguana. Lots of tropical flora to photograph and enjoy!! A must do for walkers and...  more »
  • We enjoyed walking the trails, although we didn’t see enough birds to justify its inclusion as a Florida Birding Trail. Signage at trailheads was absent. The Nature Center was unmanned, giving the imp...  more »

  • What a beautiful, peaceful place to walk and enjoy the beautiful outdoors! My husband and I are spending the month of February in Englewood. We love the town and we especially love our daily walks in this beautiful park! Sometimes we walk twice a day because we love it so much. It's dog friendly too which is an added bonus.
  • Love this park 🌅 Clean and safe, also bathrooms in the main building for visitors use. Water fountains, and a few picnic areas right at the Lemon Bay waterline. The gravel trails are the best part for me. Clean and wellkept too! I've seen a good few Owls and bunnies here.
  • This place is beautiful. Took a little side trail & found 3 Horseshoe crabs & 6 perfect chevrons in 10 mins. Wonderful trails for exercising for us old farts!
  • Nice little area with a bunch of picnic tables however unfortunately they have all of the trees in the way of being able to see the water and any decent part of the bay which is really annoying even the bird watching Pier that they have close to the picnic tables is covered with overgrown bushes making it hard to see. We went to the local pasty shop and got some pasties about 2 miles away and then showed up at this park unfortunately there were some people riding scooters in the nature trail area which was a bit uncomfortable that they don't have a way to block the scooters from having access to the nature trail walks but it was still pleasantly peaceful I just wish people would pick up after their pets when they walk them.
  • Fairly easy for use of walkers and strollers. Trails accessible. Bathrooms accessible.
