  • The teacher Robert is a prima Donna and excluded me after the class. Which I did fine for the 1st time and he got insulted after the class. A lady told me she had a problem with her back and I showed her a Yin pose.. He got all in a tither and he is very neurotic. He is on top of you rambling and rambling for you to make a pose. I am a NASM trainer.. And he treated me like a baby if you talk to him he says breathe breathe breathe he is a nut job to be point blank I'm trying to be polite. Really thinks he is Krishna das, horrible teacher. Here is me standing in an aerial pose that he took the picture. After the class he told me it wont-work out because I showed a woman again after the class how to bend down By showing her a Yin pose that I do for a bad back and he again disturbed over that, how childish. When you talk to him all he says is breathe breathe. I'm from New York, very holistic and have been doing yoga for a long time. He's just demeaning flat out. Here is a picture he took of me in an Ariel pose And tells me never mind tells a woman to tell me that I cannot be in the class he couldn't even tell me and when I spoke to him he mention me showing the lady a pose after I repeat after the class. He is very entitled and rude flat out again. I think I did pretty good for the 1st time don't you? Here is the picture that he took of me. Please do not go there. For $20 it is not worth it he speaks the whole time and when he helps you he tells you you are not listening and it's not listening it's you don't understand and he has no patience and it's very small and hot. A couple of ladies were complaining and he finally put the air down. I was not involved in any of these situations. He is not a professional. Very very neurotic
  • I always feel welcomed and happy when I enter the cozy and intimate studio. All the teachers are consummate professionals but still manage to make you feel as though you can do absolutely anything. Robert and Lata are my favorite yoga teachers ever. I have been doing yoga for years and have taken many, many yoga classes but none of them have ever felt so complete and yet so challenging at the same time. You can tell a lot of planning and forethought goes into the planning of the classes. One of my favorite classes is the restorative yoga on Thursday nights . Robert plays the crystal bowls and Lata guides you through restoratve class and guided meditation. It is truly wonderful and allows you to rest and recover from the week.It is my experience that all the classes are different, there are no cookie cutter classes here and the teachers can respond as needed to students differing needs. This is well worth the money and time. You will leave feeling wonderful. As an aside if you are unsure about investing in the classes here you should head down to the classes on Englewood beach every morning as the teachers from here teach those classes as well.
