  • Super nice staff, well marked trails, reasonable stuff to see (birds, wildlife, scenery). Could use a few more maps or signs with maps on them out on the trails. Quiet. Limited parking right next to visitors center but seems to allow parking on the side of the road so there was enough overall. Lot at entrance was good size.
  • We had a nice outing with the kids, doing some research walking aorund in the shallow water, watching the eagle's nest and visiting the tiny museum on the way out. It's good for entertaining the kids for at least half a day.
  • Beautiful place! Quite, peaceful! Hicking trails, visitors center, playground, butterfly garden
  • It was nice and quiet not overpacked. The smaller play yard was full of trash so I had to go around and pick up before I could let my son run around. It looked like I had been forgotten about except for the mowed paths, honestly though it was a nice walk and my son who is young anyways had a blast regardless and ran his hearts desire out. That's what mattered.
  • Great history and tour of the cookie house
