  • A must stop for a snack, home made cookies, soup or lunch. The store has everything you can think of on your Christmas list as well after you eat. One stop shop.

  • Stopped by for my first visit while returning home south from Bar Harbor. What a wonderful place, wish there was one in Virginia. I will return for another visit anytime that I am in the area. Excellent products and selection. Nice selection of wine and gourmet items. I highly recommend. The folks there were both helpful and friendly.
  • As we were driving through we heard a commercial on the radio for Rooster Brother. It sounded so delicious we had to take a small detour to fuel up on caffeine. It was TOTALLY worth it. Roasts were magnificent in body and flavor. Theres benches and chairs on the lawn faxing a lake with ducks! So quaint.
  • Everything upstairs is gorgeous kitchen wares, and downstairs you'll find gourmet foods that no one else in the area sells. Coffee and sandwiches for eating at the picnic table. Great service.
  • Rooster Brother has a little bit of everything from roasted coffee to a small deli to cookware, aprons, and small countertop appliances. And wine. And a large section of cookbooks. Customer service can be somewhat aloof.
  • Extremely high prices, merely okay selection, poor parking
