  • Had a great time in the aerial park only to have it smeared by rude staff. Raced my buddy down the dual zip-line course to the bottom and crushed him because he got caught up in traffic. I was tired of having my harness on and ended up waiting for him for about 15 minutes at the bottom so I took it off (They're not the most comfortable thing for men). I'm not complaining about that though. When we went to drop off our harnesses, I handed mine in and the woman taking our stuff said, "Wow, you are evil." "Excuse me?" I said. "It's easier for me to take your harness if you are wearing it." Well, I don't know in what world that is true but I certainly don't think it makes me "Evil." So, be careful future visitors, if you take your harness off by yourself, it means you are an immoral sinner. Next stop was at the Mountain Coaster which turned out to be some sort of boot camp simulation. Don't expect to have a conversation with your friend while you're waiting in line because the drill sergeant will be yelling rules at your every 5 minutes. After those are pounded in to your head, you get a more personalized blasting; "NEXT!" "TICKET!" "SIT!" "SEAT BELT!" "DO YOU UNDERSTAND THE RULES!?" It was like meeting R. Lee Ermey's character from Full Metal Jacket which sounds exciting but I was just trying to have a relaxing weekend. In conclusion, everything in the adventure park is awesome except for the people working there who seem to think their job is herding cattle rather than delivering good customer service.
  • I had a very good experience.I really like how the staff let you learn a few things like the hook system it really helped. I just went recently and the staff were very nice and welcoming. One suggestion is have separate cubbies behind the desk that the staff can watch because one of my friends car keys almost got stolon. In all the experience was great.
  • The mountain coaster was an OK experience. I thought there would more to it than a few minutes of sharp turns. But for the price of6 dollars it was worth the experience. ( 8 dollars if your not staying at the resort.) The staff on the other hand was extremely rude! The one guy was barking out instructions like we were some sort of school children on a field trip. When you asked him any questions he condescendingly answered with a sarcastic tone. Almost like you were supposed to know what to do already. The other guy practical screamed at my son for trying to enter the cart. It was literally at a stop and we were standing there for at least 40 seconds.Like he was supposed to know that he wasn't to enter after the cart stood still for almost a minute. Getting off the ride was even better, The cart was moving he he told my boy to hurry up and get off. He didn't know that he was supposed to get off while it was moving! The Sky high adventure park was fun for my eight year old son. He really enjoyed it after he final got the hang of how he had to lock and unlock the harness. The trainer was rude and almost belittled you if you asked him a question. This was our first time at the resort. And unless you get a more personable staff, it will be our last! And a lot of people are asking us if it was worth it.
  • We have visited the Aerial Park every year since it opened. We love the challenge of the Aerial Park as well as bringing friends to experience it with us. Our only issue this year was the staff. The front desk girl as well as a few others in the office seem absolutely done. It is clear they really don't like their job. While I understand that not everyone likes their job it still was $300 for us to go through the Aerial Park as a family. We should't have to know that you dislike your job.... So Aerial Park good... Staff... okay.
  • I go to sky high a lot because my father works there and I just think sky high is the best place to just have fun and New York State and they have the roller coaster too which is fun
