  • I have been there several times and only wish I lived closer so I could go more often, it gets better each time I go. I am a died in the wool NYC fan.

  • Good if your into models trains but I would have liked a guided tour of the trains or at least more about where they came from. Only three were open.
  • This is really a fabulous museum for kids of all ages and adults too. Toy trains (table) for little kids. Electric trains to watch. And real trains to explore.
  • Although some of the equipment is not in the best shape, the highlights of the collection make up for that downside. Many interesting and rare pieces of equipment.
  • As a railfan, this was a mecca. Very family friendly. Tremendous interactive model train layout. Very friendly staff/volunteers. Terrific collection of real rolling stock and locomotives. I want to go back even though it is a 4 hour drive.
  • Pushed us out before closing time which was hard to explain to a three year old who wanted to see more. He loved what he was able to see.
