  • We did not stay at the Holiday Inn so I bought passes at 6pm for my 10 year old son and his friend after a hockey camp. It was the same price as if I would have bought it at 9am. I was asked if I was ...  more »
  • This is a nice waterpark and located in a small town. The staff were ok but difficult to find easily. The waterpark is fairly small and can become very crowded quickly. We booked a birthday party here...  more »

  • The kids love the water park so I can justify 3 stars. What needs to change? Observers for birthday parties should not have to pay. I see how it can keep the crowds down but when little kids are involved, safety is more important than making a buck. The most concerning part of the water park are the changing rooms. When the door of either room is open, a person passing by can see everything. The changing rooms are also very small, leaving room for only one person to change. The designer/architect was not thinking when they created this.
  • Terrible. From the start. When I called to book, the phone just rang and rang and rang. I tried calling 10 times. Now we are here and I'm just frustrated. I have a little one, so I understand some noise, but this place needs some major sound proofing. Parents need to be parents and keep their bratty teenagers from being disrespectful and running/screaming up and down the halls. Really bad. Went to have breakfast... disgusting. I'm sure the bacon was flavored cardboard. Not worth the cost. My sleep is more important.
  • Worst experience of my life. This is no joke. When it comes to hotels, or anything that involves customer service, this is by far the most terrible place I have ever interacted with in my life. Either it was ignorance, malicious intent or a combination of both, but we were blatantly lied to at least 5 different times in a one night stay: 1st: We were eating a Rockwoods and we called the Holiday Inn because we wanted to check in early. They told us that our room was ready and we can check in any time. That was completely false, our room wasn't ready. The lady at the counter was in training and said she looked at the wrong room. 2nd: So in the meantime, they put us in a different room separate from our group's block of rooms that we requested. This was ok because they put us up in a suite for their error. I specifically asked "We will not get charged for a suite, correct?" and they said "Yes - You are correct". Completely false again. They lied. They charged us for the suite. 3rd. So the next morning, I asked if the charges could be changed to match what we ordered. They said "Yes, we can do that." Completely false and they LIED again. The lady could NOT reverse the charge because she was the only one there and she was in training. 4th: So she left a note for the manager and said the manager will call you later today. False again. I had to call later that day to find out the manager wouldn't be in until Monday. Then I did not receive a phone call back from them until a week later. 5th. The manager called and informed us that we would not be refunded. I explained the story and she could just not wrap her mind around the story. So once again, I was lied to. I was told before I left the previous weekend that I would be refunded once someone competent enough to complete this action would be available. To top it all off....... In the one day that we were at this place of horrors, they had to SHUTDOWN the water park and kick everyone out. Why you might ask?? Well, a kid almost drowned. Police and ambulance showed up and had to take them to the hospital. Good thing they have upwards of 20 life guards..... that must have had their eyes closed. I will never go near this place again and for the sake of you and/or your loved one's safety, I would stay as far away as possible.
