  • We didn’t have the time to drive to the Dells so Wild Woods was quick, affordable and fun. Well-staffed and completely enclosed, you can allow your elementary-age kids to roam free and still find them...  more »
  • We stayed two nights at the hotel. The waterpark was great. We have twin 2 year olds. They loved the separate play area. The water was clean and warm. We also went on the lazy river with them and they...  more »
  • We did not stay at the Holiday Inn so I bought passes at 6pm for my 10 year old son and his friend after a hockey camp. It was the same price as if I would have bought it at 9am. I was asked if I was ...  more »

  • The water park was fine, but the room left alot to be desired. The door to the room was broken, and had an 8" crack in it, the bathtub had a hole in the side, and there was a clump of hair about 12" long stuck in the bathroom door hinge (this was the 1st thing we saw when we walked in, it was impossible to miss). After debating for a few minutes, we decided just to go home. Next time we will just go for the Waterpark and skip the hotel all together. This was going to be a fun "vacation" night for my wife and the little man and I, but turned into a night of us packing everything up and driving back home.
  • Great hotel, staff is very accommodating. Water park was fantastic- guards were attentive & polite. Great place for a family weekend away!
  • The park was awesome!! Arcade room with a play til you win game has NFL prizes! Family fun room has glow in the dark golf, big buddy pool, interactive gaming like just dance, bowling, and baseball. I would come again!
  • The slides and hotel is nice, but the life guards are absolutely horrible. Since it’s 16+ for the hot tub and I didn’t know I was in it, and one life guard said I couldn’t put my whole body in but I could put my feet. Which I understood because they were just following the rules and I had my feet in for a little bit and a different life guard yelled at me for having my feet in when there were little kids with their feet in before! And we had a water bottle because we brought a baby with us and the life guard yelled at us and said we can’t have a water bottlel when there was a baby that needed it! They were extremely rude and there rules were not fair! Some of these life guards need to be fired if you ask me...
  • Waterpark review only. I would give it a 5 for fun, but a 1 for cleanliness. We went over spring break (special hours/ 9am-10pm) Cost: $29.99 per person. Women’s locker room- crowded, and dirty. There are three showers grouped together, only one shower curtain. It would be beneficial for everyone if each shower had a curtain. There were many people waiting in line to take a shower and only one shower in use (because of lack of privacy) one of the shower faucet handles was broken (it fell off when you turned it off or on). There are lockers to put your belongings- bring your own lock. There is not a family locker room. The lack of privacy when changing is concerning. My kids ended up changing in the bathroom stalls (with nowhere to put their dry clothing) because there were 10 year old boys also in the women’s locker room (a mom didn’t feel comfortable having them be alone in the men’s locker room.) The waterpark: I wish I would have taken pictures- but there was nowhere to lockup my phone while swimming- except in the locker room- but I didn’t bring a lock- so it ended up in the vehicle. First impression- it is pretty big. SHOWERING SHOULD BE ENFORCED. Many people didn’t shower prior to entering the pool despite the many posted signs. There is a toddler area with a waterslide. There is a pool to play basketball (with 4 hoops) but not separate enough to avoid getting hit on the head with a hard ball. Depth ranging from 3’3”-3’6”or 3’9”. There is a vortex pool, and just a plain pool for kids to mess around. (Depth is 4’-4’3”). Four story waterslides- must be 42” to go on the waterslides. (Definitely for safety.) There are 68 steps. When you get to the top, you have a choice of going on three different slides. Body slide: My 8 and 13 year old and most adults chose this slide. One person can go at a time, it is fast and when you come out the end, you usually end up going underwater- it’s not for inexperienced young swimmers. The slide has a couple of plastic ridges that can scratch your skin- my daughters’ backs are pretty beat up. Single or two person slide: This is the only slide you can go down with two people (must use a two person tube) if you have a younger child who isn’t extremely crazy, and would like to go with you, or if you are an adult who still likes to have fun, but not end up with a heart attack- this would be the “safest” slide. Single person tube slide: My 6 year old liked this slide the best. It was fast (even for adults) and you use a tube so at the end you don’t usually end up underwater- sometimes the tube did flip over and the rushing water was scary for her. Thank goodness she knows how to swim. LAZY RIVER: Crowded at times, but everyone got along and was polite when getting in and out of the pool. The “dirtiest” pool. The pool is suppose to be blue, but there was a lot of buildup. It was brown. It could definitely use a good scrubbing. Actually all of the pools could. When going on the lazy river, you can notice that the waterslides are leaking- in the 8 hours that we were there, the leaks got worse. It is time for a maintenance check. The stairs up the waterslide are rusting through in places too. There is also a hot tub- it is only for ages 16 and up. It too had disgusting water. They have a place to get food (you can’t bring in any food from outside). The pizza was very bland. The mini donuts are good (8 donuts/$3.50). There wasn’t enough tables for everyone to sit. They serve alcohol. (By 6pm many drunks) I see this as an issue for younger children as some adults left their drinks unattended. Also, the drunks were flipping the little kids out of their tubes on the lazy river. This is a fun place, but it could be MUCH cleaner. It could use some lockers in the waterpark, more privacy in the locker rooms, and the drunks should stay out of the water.
