  • Our kiddo loves the nature park. It's a great place to pay tribute to veterans, walk, jog, ride bikes, and hunt for painted rocks.  more »
  • Awesome display of our Armed Forces Memorials. The statues, the landscape, the unique "Military identity Bricks" in the ground that show off our local forces, and the amenities of the park are impress...  more »

  • Great place for a peaceful walk or run. Excellent location to park and begin a run around Freeman lake, as a short underground tunnel connects safely under Ring Road to Freeman lake Park. The Veterans tribute is nicely done, with status representing each branch as well as civil servants. The nature part of the nature Park is a bit lacking, honestly, being mostly mowed lawn with a small creek being the only naturally diverse feature. A very nicely conducted pavilion with seasonal bathrooms and picnic tables make it a convenient place to enjoy a lunch break.
  • Come on Elizabethtown. You could do so much more with this. It's very quiet which is great. Everything is well kept but this could be one of the best parks in town if there were more facilities.
  • It's quiet and peaceful here. I like to go here to have my lunch break. Really convenient!
  • They have nice trails to walk or run on with benches and restrooms. There is Freeman Lake with a trail around it or you can go fishing. Also there is a Veterans tribute of the U.S. Armed Forces with statues and plans for building a replica of the Vietnam Memorial wall on the grounds.
  • Beautiful, well kept park with some fun beginner singletrack bike paths
