  • It's been a long time since I visited a riverboat casino, so I forgot it can take a while to walk from the main entrance to the main casino floor. This casino happens to have four floors. I enjoyed my...  more »
  • Loose slots and great environment. This place is a dream in the making. Treated like family. Thanks H.S.I.
  • Everyone working the is crazy nice. Evry question I had was answered quickly and workers actually talk to you.

  • Very friendly staff. Room was beautifully decorated. I could easily connect phone to TV and control it or purchase movies. Staff was grand helpful. We loved pancake maker at Aroma. Very shot drive from Clarksville.
  • A nice entertaining night. I played some slots and some table games. The dealers were all extremely nice and the pit boss gave us a free buffet. Loved it. Machines didn't seem as tight as they usually are.
  • We went on seafood night. It was pretty crowded but none of the food trays were empty. The food was always hot and fresh, though some of it not so good. Fake mushy crab in the pasta really turned me off. The prime rib was delicious as usual and the crab legs were too. Bill for 3 was just a hair under $100, luckily we dine with food tickets and didn't have to shell out that much for a buffet.
  • First time staying at a non Las Vegas casino. Certainly you won't feel as if you are Vegas. Hotel accommodations not up to the same high standards as Vegas. Most of the casino itself is smoking which seems outdated in concept. Staff was friendly and mostly clean facility. Just not Vegas standards
  • Indiana Horseshoe Casino would not be a place for the elderly or disabled to visit. The whole set up is bad. You must be able to walk long distances be it parking for the hotel or going to the casino from the hotel. Hotel room cleanliness was questionable. Used bar of soap was in the bath tub. Upon arrival 3 used glasses were sitting in the hall by the room door. I do not plan on returning and would not recommend it to others. I have been to the Horseshoe Casino and Hotel in Tunica Mississipi and enjoyed my stay there so we expected the Indiana Horseshoe to be of the same quality.
