  • A lovely afternoon on the way south to Massanutten and needed wine and a break, got both in one place. Wine was excellent and we ended up with 6 bottles of which we have now enjoyed one. But we tasted...  read more »
  • What a fun historic vineyard and winery that was established in 1976, long before it was a popular trend in Virginia. Every drop is grown there. They have lovely whites but the smokiness of their reds...  read more »
  • One of the oldest wineries in Virginia and still producing some nice wines. Not far off of I-81 so could be a quick visit. Also very close to Bean's BBQ!
  • TC was friendly & knowledgeable about the wines. I really liked the med. sweet riesling. The porch was a nice quiet spot to sit and take in the views. Great way to start our vacation!
  • Had a lovely tasting with T.C.! She was warm and welcoming and she knew her stuff. The 10 tastings for $10, was an excellent deal and the wine was delicious. Left with a bottle of the Cabernet Sauvignon.
  • Shenandoah Vineyard is the best. There are many vineyard in the North Eastern Virginia area, that are good. However none seem to be able to do what Shenandoah does, the atmosphere, knowledge of the polite down to Earth staff, and the unique taste of their Rebel Red and Fiesta. Is what makes them the 'Total Package' for me. AAC
  • I loved the wines. None of them were bad and some were excellent. The women working in the tasting room were really fun and informative. The setting was lovely as well. It was one of my favorite wineries I've visited in Virginia.
  • The wines are not bad, but frankly: they should see what others vineyards offer when we talk about tasting. The amount they put in the wine glasses is not enough even for a full sip. How can you taste that? It is a shame.
