Phoenix Park is a public space in downtown Eau Claire, Wisconsin, located on a former brownfield site at the confluence of the Chippewa River and the Eau Claire River. It covers approximately 9 acres with approximately 1/2 mile of riverbank frontage. The park serves as the trailhead for the Chippewa River State Trail. The park also offers a walking labyrinth, a natural amphitheater, and is home to Eau Claire's year-round farmer's market. These amenities make Phoenix Park a major gathering spot, especially during the summer months when the park plays hosts to concerts. The park is owned and operated by the City of Eau Claire.

  • Beautiful park. Love the edition of the lights on the bridge. Nice events as well throughout the year. Farmers markets during the summer and fall, horse and carriage rides in the winter, etc.
  • Located at the confluence of the Eau Claire and Chippewa rivers in downtown Eau Claire. Home of the Eau Claire Farmers Market and the Sounds Like Summer Concert Series. Pavilion also hosts a variety of other events throughout the summer. Also a great place to put your tube in for a float down the Chippewa River.
  • Beautiful and peaceful, a place to bring the family for a picnic or a casual walk, visit the Farmer's Market or check out live music in the summer. Great for a beautiful walk alone, taking in the many sights and sounds. The new lights on the bridge have added even more beauty and creates a unique and peaceful place to explore and enjoy.
  • Must see this beautiful park during the day and night. When they light up the old bridge at night. It's a good place to see year around. 5 star all the way for a small city like Eau Claire that sits next to two rivers.
  • Love this park. Always ample parking when we have gone. They also have walking paths which can take you to UW-Eau Claire, Downtown, Banbury Place. It is also very close to Ramone's ice cream parlor. So you can go get a ice cream cone and have a nice walk on a summer day.
