Create an itinerary including Orcas Island Pottery
Located in the pristine beauty of Orcas Island in the San Juan Archipelego of Washington State, Orcas Island Pottery creates and sells some of the most original and beautiful pottery in the Northwestern United States.

Orcas Island Pottery is a favorite destination for visitors to Orcas Island. The oldest pottery in the Pacific Northwest, it is located on West Beach only 3½ miles from Eastsound, in an area of old growth cedars and Douglas fir, on a 100 foot high bluff overlooking President’s Channel.

When you turn off the main road onto the long driveway into the woods, you feel like you are entering a fairyland. As you arrive at the O.I.P. parking lot you will notice a sign for the ‘Foot Path’ that leads you down into the yard. There you will follow the pathways to discover this magical place with its beautiful gardens, fountains and, of course, lovely pottery. It’s a whimsical adventure.

  • I would concur that this is a "must-see" attraction. Even if you don't enjoy or desire to purchase pottery, the trails, gardens and view are incredible. Take the journey down the meandering driveway amongst the giant trees and you'll be overwhelmed by the quiet peaceful sanctuary that awaits you hear. The pottery, including the myriad of styles, types, and colors is a nice compliment to the wonder of this place.
  • Very cool stuff reasonably priced considering artisan one of a kind hand made. Worth the odd drive through the Enchanted Forest (that's really what it is named)
  • Beautiful little place with unique hand made pottery and reasonable prices. The drive its self was through a scenic little Forrest. A must visit place on the island!
  • Such a fun location. Beautiful views And stunning ceramics. I could spend hours here.
  • Fun garden area with tree house. Beautiful pottery. The drive there is beautiful forest.
