We stopped on the way up north and had a nice visit. The casino was not real big, but big enough. The dealers at the Craps tables were engaging and eagerly offered help when asked. The place felt secu... read more »

Not bad when the weather is good. Good slots and eats inside. The player rewards are lacking. Lower tier members really don't see much rewards or comps.

Got married, on are honeymoon.. stopped at Casino Queen Hotel for night stay. Got upgraded to Jacuzzi suite... Room needs repairs to toilet leaking on the floor, Jacuzzi broke and barely working.. Was dealing with that... But the cake topper was we left for breakfast bout 7:30a got back to the room bout 9:30a to chill... Checkout is 11:00a. The cleaning people had stripped the bed and had already began cleaning the room.. WTF
We only stopped in overnight but the location is not hard to get to off the freeway and it has easy access to the train for getting into St. Louis for dinner. They restaurant options at the casino looked reasonable though we were too late and tired to try anything.
Great casino with many gambling options, and lively tables. The free parking was a great bonus also!
Booked this hotel because of the Cardinals tickets package deal. Never felt unsafe. View from room was fantastic of the arch and downtown St. Louis. Price was great for the room with tickets and transportation to and from the game. Tickets were 11 rows up from left field, The only thing I think they need to change is the transportation situation. I feel the people that paid for a room should have first seats on the bus to the game. We were told that anyone could ride the bus so hundreds of people parked at the casino and rode the free bus. We were standing in line for the bus 30 minutes before the game and were the only 5 that did not get on the bus. We ended up paying for a taxi to get to the game on time because too many other people jumped on the free ride. I basically paid for it by staying in the motel. We also got $5 coupons to the casino but they were stamped with the date we were staying and by the time the game was over it was after midnight before we got back to the casino and could not use them. All in all the motel was great.
