  • Great stadium to see a football game. Very convenient to go by train from NYC. Go without a backpack since you are not allowed to take it into the stadium.
  • Both great fun American football fans and tourists. You may want to buy a ticket to the games much earlier. Duty of care to all, there are plenty of dining options, nice service, security and atmosphere.

  • Was at the opening of the MetLife stadium in May 2010 for 2 nights when Bon Jovi inaugurated it. Huge stadium. Lots of room on the floor. Great sound for those shows. Just during 1, there was a tempor...  more »

  • Huge, if you think you can tailgate there and cause trouble, think again. There are staties everywhere and security. Saw many arrested for being to intoxicated and many thrown out of the stadium for being to intoxicated. Before you enter to see a game, you'd better have your wits about you or they'll send you right back out into the parking lot. Otherwise, a fun place to spend the day, barbecue, socialize, play games in the parking lot and drink till you puke. Just be a good drinker though, don't start falling down or getting to loud.
  • As far as new stadiums go it's pretty good. I love the Giants, and have been going to games for longer than I can remember. This stadium was built with the corporations in mind, not the season ticket holders. Even something as simple as season ticket holder only lines would be great. Especially with the slow pace of entering the game these past few weeks. On the plus side the seats are staggered and tiered so that the person in the row in front of you doesn't block your view, and there are finally cup holders. The other really strong improvement is the bathrooms being designed so that the entrance is faster then the days when the exit would be faster than the the entrance. My favorite improvement is the train station. This makes commuting from Philly (enemy terroitory) that much easier and more enjoyable.
  • The did such a bad job with this stadium. Pretty much every aspect of it is a let down. The parking is disorganized and overall a cluster. Getting in and out of the actual stadium takes way longer than it should in a modern stadium. There are major bottlenecks at the gates. The seats are awful and small and close together. The amenities are sub par at best. The one thing they got right was adding more bathroom capacity and more concessions. The concessions must make a fortune at those insane prices, so that's no surprise. Oh and did I mention that it's probably the ugliest stadium I've ever seen.
  • Jets season ticket holder for the past 3 years. MetLife has become my second home every other Sunday throughout the football season. While the beers have climbed up to $12 a 16oz, it is justified by how clean and nice the overall stadium/parking lot is. The food is averagely priced for such an arena/stadium, and they have so graciously opened a 5$ beer stand this year on the lower level. I have yet to purchase a beer from there though because my section is just too far away. Overall, the tailgates are fun and navigating around the lot is made easy by the MetLife staff, as well as the exiting after the game. I have yet to have a bad experience at MetLife!
  • Awesome stadium for a football venue. Being a new and very large stadium allows for more efficiencies and a better viewing and overall experience. The drinks and food options are good but sort of expensive and the traveling options to and from the game could be much better.
