  • Beaver Creek State Park is a great place to spend with family. It has a basketball court, picnic and fishing areas and a park with slides and swing sets for the kids. The scenery is very nice and the buildings represent the history of the area. It's also a great place to have graduation parties and other banquets. One of my favorite parks no doubt.
  • Love hiking here! We like to try to hike here atleast a couple time a year.
  • Nice trails. Most you can hear the creek.
  • One-lane bridge on Echo Dell Road CANNOT accommodate RVs or vehicles with trailers. To get to Park Office, Gaston's Mill, Pioneer Village, Wildlife Education Center, Archery Range, or Fitness Trail, you have to go around: From the family Campground, take Leslie Road west to State Route 7 south to Bell School Road (east) to Echo Dell Road (north); OR from the horsemen's camp or group camp, head south on County Road 428 to Cannon's Mill Road (west) to Bell School Road (west/north), then north on Echo Dell Road.
  • Under staffed and under funded. Great regardless though!
