  • This place brought back a lot of memories. I went here as a child about 50 years ago. They have reopened and done a really nice job. This would be a good place for Moms and Dads or Grandmas and Grandp...  more »

  • I worked there for less than a month. A lot of the ponies are sick or injured. One pony was bleeding from flies eating through his leg. A ton of the animals were coughing or pacing or had maggots in their pens. They are in very unhealthy living conditions. The ponies worked all day in horrible heat and only got about a 20 minute break every 2 hours. The little pig didn't even have any mud to cool himself off in! It was almost 100 degrees out and he kept dumping his water out so he could lay in a little puddle... Any eggs that the chickens or ducks lay are thrown away without anyone checking if anything living is in them or not. I feel terrible for all of the animals at Santa's Village. If I knew how to rescue them all, I would.
  • this place is great! the have many different rides here. the park is clean and nice. the rides are really fun and safe. the staff is really nice. when my ten year old got lost they gave her a free soda and calmed her down. they have a great lost child system. the animals are well cared for and clean. The also have games that are not rigged! my 15 year old won a huge stuffed animal at ring toss! one of the best places to take our family.
  • Great place, took my 1 and 2 1/2 year olds and it was great. The only bad thing was there web site said most people are in and out in 2 hours and we could have spent 4 or 5 hours pretty easy. Syaff is amazingly nice and park is very clean. Food is also priced higher then you would find at a restaurant but not like the UC or Wrigley so I was even okay with buying food there.
  • Amazing place for kids. Clean, hygienic and nicely managed. Good places to eat with Subway, ice-cream and my personal favorite Funnel Cake Sundae.
  • so disappointed in Santa's Village this year! we have been season ticket holders for 3 years now and have never had a problem. Apparently this year they changed the policy on coolers that they had to be a certain size to come into the park. Understandable, but there was NO notification on this, they claimed they sent an email to ticket holders which is b.s. because out of the 7 of us who hold season passes, not one of us got an email! I spoke to two supervisors Samantha and another gentleman who were not accommodating at all or sympathetic to my situation. They stated that it is posted in front when you purchase tickets.. but at that point your already here and it's too late. They also said it was put into the frequently asked questions section on the website, but if you are a frequent visitor or a seasoned veteran you don't have any questions. I have two daughters who have multiple food allergies and can't eat anything in park due to cross contamination. The park needs to have new policies and updates for the season posted on the website clearly for people to see( not so you have to go searching). This situation ruined our trip and could have been avoided had the park done a better job of informing people or maybe be a little more accommodating to people this early in the season. Unfortunately the way the supervisor and park handled my situation, I don't think we will be renewing our membership for next year. This is not how you treat customers or season ticket holders who have faithfully come every year to help support the park and enjoy family time.. shame on you!
