  • We have been customers for years, but next year our family will be customers elsewhere . Pulling into the lot the first thing they wanted was $5.00 to park in their muddy field. We saw the building we...  more »

  • Very poor customer service especially for families. We were treated like criminals because we had a diaper bag and stroller. The employees kept asking to check the stroller/bag. Also, they would only let you pick apples in certain rows, even though the apples were hard to reach for the kids. Then, when you asked for a stick to get the apples, you had to leave collateral (license) to get a stick. Staff would then follow you around with the stick to rush you to get it back for another customer. High Price and Low service. Parking is also an issue. The staff direct you around the parking lot and make you pass numerous open spots. Used to go yearly for over 10 years. Must be under a new owner because the farm has gone to hell! I would have left a ZERO STAR rating but had to select ONE!
  • This was my 2nd year apple picking at CN Smith Farm. I absolutely love it here and love the idea of supporting a local farm. The apples are delicious, and they have a decent assortment of varieties. Cider donuts are to die for. Cute area with goats, bunnies and chickens. Everyone was nice to us, and me and my friend had 4 little kids. I really don't understand the negative reviews. If you are a respectable person, you will have a great time with your family, without any issues. I can't wait to go back!
  • Farm and store with plenty of fresh food. Apple cider donuts were good. Sad they were out of the hard cider when I was there. Definitely will return to try it.
  • Had a great day at CN Smith Farm! All the staff was friendly and helpful! We had the best Cider slushy and cider donuts! They had the biggest and healthiest mums I have ever seen! We will be returning next year with our kids and grandkids! from Cape Cod.
  • I can't put less than one star to rate this farm. We tried to take our kids to pick your own apples. A couple years ago we went and parked near the Orchard free of charge and were able to walk around to pick our apples. This year they charged $5 for parking, $3 per person for a hayride out to the Orchard, and then you had to pay for the apples. There was a hour wait to buy tickets for the hayride and another hour wait to get on the hayride. Needless to say we decided to leave and will find another pick your own for our apples this year and for future years. I would not recommend going here.
