  • Went here a while back and loved it so much that I am planning to return very soon. The wines are very good, but even if you don't drink, the view of the animals is amazing. The llamas were friendly a...  read more »
  • Really enjoyed our wine tasting here today. One of my favorites that we've visited in Yadkin County so far over the years. The hostess was friendly and knowledgeable about the wines, the region and ho...  read more »
  • While in the area from finishing up a hike at nearby Hanging Rock I made one of the best decisions ever to stop by this winery. I am now obsessed with this place and llamas and all my friends want to ...  read more »
  • This is a relaxing place for a picnic, plenty of shady places to sit with excellent wine and friendly staff. The Llamas are lovely and friendly as well and occasionally the staff brings them around for petting and photos.
  • Divine wine, and an amazingly scenic walk to see the other animals. The chicken coop (Chickmahal) is a fantastic chance to see rare birds up close.
  • Good local wine and friendly staff. Nice outdoor space with rocking chairs on the porch. The biggest draw, of course, are the llama pens with a view of pilot mountain which you can wander around with a glass of wine.
  • They have a very nice tasting room built in the original restored farm house. We got to view the donkey's, but the llama's were hiding from the rain. We did get to see the nice pictures of the show llama's that have bottles of wine named after them. Divine Llama has very good wines, and our server was very knowledgeable about the wines and vineyard. We had two tastings which included two wine glasses and a bottle of wine for $36.
  • Divine Llama is new to the Yadkin Valley AVA but they are turning out very nice wines right from the start. We swung by over Labor day weekend and squeezed into the end of the tasting bar to chat, joke and savor some interesting blends, new hybrids, and traditional offerings. The winemakers and their families have turned a love of wine(and Llama's) into what is I think going to be one of the standout vineyards in the area. We felt at home drinking wine and feeding the award wining Llamas they raise here. Fiber artists take note Llama wool is available to be purchased in the tasting room as well as all of the well crafted wines. Easy to find and get to from any part of the state, we'll be back!
