  • Second day in Idaho for our winter vacation and headed to this park as reviews were pretty good. Kinda excited at first there were less people yet but just right after a couple of ride place was crowd...  more »
  • The water is calm and clean in the spring and into early summer. The water starts to get a little green later in the summer. Not huge crowds. Even has a nice frisbee golf course.
  • It can be a little confusing where to go once you are there. It is so big. But what beauty - a piece of the country in the city. Water features and natural grasses and fauna make this a special place ...  more »

  • nice little place to visit the river/lake with the kids that is close by. Fairly clean, no life guard. Kids had a good time. has a small park, and river access. Also has a water slide that was 10 dollars for a wrist band. wasn't going to pay that but the kids begged to go on it.
  • My family lives this place. Great beach area for the kids to play in and the area that's roped off for swimming is shallow enough for my 7 year old to go out into with the water level not passing her neck. They have a playground and lots of concessions as well as a giant slide ($1 a ride), but honestly we spend all of our time in the water. There are trails all around the island for horseback riding and they have a nice Frisbee golf course, just be careful as its full of water hazards (not a beginners course). In the hot summer, expect lots of company...it may be a hidden gem to many but the locals know about it!!
  • Nice loop trail around the park. View is nice, very cool zip line I would like to try. Beautiful in fall with trees changing colors
  • Beautiful park. A fun waterslide in season. They also host the annual Nike Cross Northwest Regional Championship Cross Country Meet, which is one of the best in the nation.
  • Huge park with a large variety of recreational opportunities. The trail system around the park is not huge but it does offer a unique variety of different types of wildlife and terrain. There is a swimming pond, water slide, frisbee golf, equestrian trails and a zip line. It is great place to spend an afternoon as a family.
