Where to stay in Durango

Immerse yourself in Durango's rich history by staying in one of downtown's turn-of-the-century hotels, where the buildings' brick architecture highlights a bygone era. Not only do these pack plenty of character, they offer proximity to the majority of the town's eateries, stores, and attractions. A motel farther out of town is typically cheaper, while a rural bed and breakfast is ideal for a romantic getaway. For an authentic western Colorado experience, consider a dude ranch on the outskirts.

  • This is a clean place where you can see how they make honey and they have so many delicious, all kind of honey based exquisite stuff.
  • Cool place to stop and learn about Honey and its' products with lots of different products that are infused with fruits. They encourage taste testing so ready your sweet tooth! They also have a distillery with wine and honey inspired spirits with taste tests. Yum!
  • Great little stop on our way into Durango from Silverton. We stopped in at 5:30pm on a Thursday as the shop is open until 6:00pm. Wonderful selection of everything honey, including whipped honey, jams, grilling sauces, mustards, lotions, honey wine, and honey whiskey. Looking forward to using our purchased items!
  • If you're traveling to or through Durango, its very well worth a stop for all kinds of honey , including honey whiskey.
  • Buy the honey every chance I get. Great stuff.
