  • Took our grandkids for the afternoon and they had a blast. The water park is well supervised, clean and filled with lots of activity. Plenty of chairs and tables to watch the kids. Lazy River is a nic...  read more »
  • One parent, two grandparents and three children under 8 years old. Our third visit and it has been been a blast each time. Trying to keep up with "Come on Grandpa, go down the waterslide with me next!...  read more »
  • We would recommend not going here at all, just by pass this and head to another water park. Hotel was awful, check in was at 3pm did not get in until 5:30pm with the staff telling us they are busy and...  read more »
  • We got tickets for five just for the water park. But only I went with my two younger cousins. And there was no refund on the two tickets that went to waste nor were we able to save it for a later time. It's got a little lazy river, a water playground, and two large slides. But you can only really do things so many times before you get bored. My cousins had fun the whole time we were there though. So I would say it's definitely for kids. But as an adult it just wasn't enough and I eventually just sat down and watched them play. Also, it's called splash universe but everything was outdoorsy themed. Just seemed weird to me.
  • I go as often as I can to Splash! My kids ages 6-14 all have a blast each time we visit. I wish we could visit more....but when we do we know its going to be the best overnight EVER!! Rooms are always accommodating, food is always delicious, and staff is always smiling and positive. Love this establishment. Hope to visit again soon.
  • The facility was nice. The rooms and the waterpark were fairly clean. The service was terrible. I have been to several similar places, and this was definitely the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel or park. The staff were not rude, they were simply apathetic. The staff at both the front desk and the restaurant made many mistakes and made my family and me feel like we were not welcome. We waited an excessively long time for almost everything. Normally I would complain to management, but short of getting a full cash refund, there is nothing that would change my opinion of this place. I wouldn't go back if I were given a free stay for a week.
  • Way too crowded to be safe or enjoyable. Lazy river was more like a cattle herd. Yet they kept selling tickets. Restrooms were disgusting. Trash was floating on the floor and it reeked of urine. People just left swim diapers on the floor, in the showers, on chairs! I was there for the majority of the day and saw nothing get cleaned up. Only about 1/3 of the arcade games actually worked, and those games were $1-$3 each! The water was nice and the slides were fun, but we won't be returning.
  • Not sure why they close certain pools....lazy river and water slides close at 730, early, when they say they are open till 9. The only area open till 9 is the little kid area. The bathrooms are to be desired, I've never seen them clean in the 2 days we were there. Disappointed that there is nothing for adults to do. They closed certain areas for no reason. I'd rather go to Great Wolf or Kalahari. Worth the extra money and time.
