  • After going to splash universe for the first time with my family I have to say that I would not recommend this place nor would I ever return. The first night of our stay, my youngest daughter ended up getting sick all over the floor next to the bed she was sleeping in. After getting her calmed down and back to sleep, I went to the front desk to ask if there was someone who could come in a clean up or even just give me some cleaning supplies so that I could get it taken care of if there was no one available. The man behind the desk tells me that he can not give me anything to clean it up and that he was the only one on staff and he couldn't leave the front desk. First off, it's extremely hard to believe that he would be the only one working in the entire hotel! And second, as we are standing there discussing this, there was someone inside of the pool area cleaning. So when I ask him what he thinks I should do, he proceeds to go in the back and grab me a sheet.. A sheet! And tells me that I should be able to just cover it up until someone can get it taken care of tomorrow!! I was furious and completely disgusted. Had it not been for the fact that I had already paid for the entire weekend and knew I wouldn't get a refund, I would have packed my family up that second and drove home. If you're looking for a fun place to go for a family vacation that not only has a great facility but also a friendly and helpful staff, this isn't the place to go!
  • I go as often as I can to Splash! My kids ages 6-14 all have a blast each time we visit. I wish we could visit more....but when we do we know its going to be the best overnight EVER!! Rooms are always accommodating, food is always delicious, and staff is always smiling and positive. Love this establishment. Hope to visit again soon.
  • We frequently visited Splash Universe. The last two times were very disappointing. This last time I was over charged and the staff had an "oh well" attitude attitude. Our room was next door to a room with 15+ people and extremely noisy. No one had a key and would bang on the doors to be let into the hall. Again, staff did nothing after several complaints. The park is great but it is so cold in there. They blocked off seating to make cabanas that you rent so the seating is limited and theyou do not enforce the rules in the toddler area. It was extremely busy when we went and we left early because my toddler was knocked down and out of the way multiple times by big Kids who had no place in that area. Very disappointing and sadly this last visit sealed the deal on not returning.
  • My family had a great time at Splash Universe. Staff was really nice. The place was kept clean. The only downside to our visit was so many wild, rude children running around without parents. I had a couple of bigger boys running into my two toddlers in the little kids section. It was repeatedly, not just by accident. Other than that, we did have a fun time.
  • As a first timer at the Splash park, it was a fun experience for my 2 and 6 year old but I did noticed a few pointers that needed improvement and that will make people feel like not coming back. For example, lack of cleaning specially bathrooms (bathrooms need to be upgraded as well). Most of the people that worked there were frienly but with the exception of the lady in charge of the gift shop and registration at the park area, I think just a few lessons about customer service will do the work her. The toodler area needs upgrades, more things that they can play with. Overall a nice experience! hotel was great but the water park's price I don't think is very competitive camparing to other similar businesses. But I do thank the staff for the hospitality 😉
