  • I had no expectations on a rainy day when we decided to do the ship tour. The tour takes a little over an hour, half outside, half inside. Lots of history about the ship, freighters in The Great Lakes...  more »
  • Took my kids to tour the Irvin. Tour guides were fantastic and the clerk working the desk was fantastic with my daughter. Was one of the highlights of our vacation. Thank you.  more »

  • Super fun. Interesting history. LOTS OF STAIRS so steep much like a ladder! So if you have mobility issues (like me) be aware.
  • When I went I had a very friendly and energetic tour guide that involved the guests and made it very engaging. The gift shop is very extensive, but Also a little pricey. Make sure to go on a Tuesday when it is cheaper! It is very cool that the museum is the boat itself. The tour takes you through the whole boat, including going outside on top of the roof! Very fun, but also lots of ladders to climb so be careful!
  • Very informative tour. Neat to learn about our industrial history.
  • We went there for a Field trip with my class It was lots of Fun!
  • Very interesting, but if you're afraid of steep steps and lots of them might not want to venture into the tour. 18 flights of stairs.
