  • The trails along the river are easy to navigate. Many photo ops along the way. On the day we went the fall colors were gorgeous! There is a playground at the start of the trail along with restrooms.
  • This is a great spot right in town to get out for a good hike. Great views of the river with many waterfalls and rock formations right off the trails!

  • I love this dog friendly place, there are concerts here, with music every Tuesday, and a skl hill for kids, nice walking paths that are being updated as I post this with a river that flows though the property with benches to sit if you choose.
  • A great park with great trails and scenery, conveniently's hard to believe that something like this can exist in the middle of a small city (and have it be natural).
  • Me and my husband went hiking here and had a great time. It is a very beautiful area that takes you just far enough away from city area to make it seem secluded but quick access! Awesome little stream and very beautiful area. The trails are quite confusing especially since they are interlaced with ski trails... but as long as you pay attention to where you have been going you should be good. And there are plenty of places where you can dip ur feet in the water. People have also built cute little shelters around the trails, which is pretty neat
  • Such a great place to hike in the middle of the city. The areas around Chester creek are beautiful.
  • The falls are frozen solid in the winter! Can't wait to come back in the summer! The trails do need a bit of touch up and it is not as challenging as I thought it would be.
