  • This was the worst winery I have experienced. I feel so ripped off. We only visited because it was in the Salt Lick BBQ area (which I have given 5 stars btw). Don't waste your time! If you have $12 to...  more »
  • Got some wine while we waited for the BBQ. The employees were very friendly and the wine was tasty. Nice spot to chill.  more »

  • Austin airport location served very good barbecue for the location. Brisket was lean and had a subtle and unique smoke flavor. Links we're tender with a good snap to the skin. Sauce was good and did not overpower the meats. Sides were fresh and fairly good as well. From what I remember this food was better than the original location.
  • The food is good especially for a walk up food place. Be very careful with the containers. The people putting the food in the have very greasy hands and if you accidentally though your clothes, you now have a new stain to follow you through you travels. I wish they did a better job of making sure the packaging could contain all the foodly goodness. This place beats so many sit down 'high' end restaurants, they just suck at giving it to you in a way to prevent it from getting on you. 4 Stars 🌟 🌟 🌟🌟 for the food 1 Star 🌟 for the delivery and packaging
  • I'm telling you, you haven't had a brisket egg breakfast taco until you've been here. I get 2 every time I come. Pour some of that hot sauce or salsa on it. Sometimes I don't even eat the tortilla I just use a fork and eat the moist brisket/eggs.
  • Absolutely awful. Food was a 6/10 at most. For two "barbeque tacos" it cost almost 12 dollars. I use the term loosely because what we were handed was two tortillas with a spoon slop of liquid meat in the center. An up charge was required for cabbage and cheese as nothing but the meat and tortilla was included. Meat contained gristly fat/cartilage that had to be thrown out so one taco lost half it's "meat". The service involved us walking up and standing there at the counter staring, no more than a foot from the counter, at the two employees gossiping with each other for a solid 2 minutes before we moved up to the register telling the two that we'd like to order. We were curtly told "well you do that over there not at the register" pointing to where we were just standing. I get better experience, quantity, and quality of food doing tasters at the grocery store.
  • Get your bbq fix at the airport Salt Lick! Almost as good as the real thing (and that's saying something). My favorite is the two-meat combo plate with brisket and sausage -- but really, with the Salt Lick, you can't go wrong.
