  • Very nice and clean park. We brought our travel trailer and had a very nice spot near the water but the water is covered with grass. Very good place to ride bicycles! I hope it stays open but because of state budget cuts we heard that it may be closed down. We will definitely go back before then! Would have gave it 5 stars but we couldn't use the lake because of the grass
  • Beautiful park that's had its share of problems with flood damage. Parts of the park may be closed. Nice campground. Rangers are wonderful and very helpful.
  • Every time I have bee to Lake Bistineau State Park was great. The people are friendly and helpful, the lake is wonderful, and I have seen several community events take place. All of them were great.
  • We were up there for the weekend for a family reunion and it was beautiful! We had so much space to roam, had the pool to ourselves and more than enough cabins. Our kids, ages 10 to 16 had fun and forgot about all their electronics and never did we here the word bored!
  • Was there about a month ago august 7th or 8th 2016. Park was deserted not one camper in the whole park. Really nice place water was covered with water hyacinth so you couldn't use the lake. But beautiful place. I think that would have been the time for camping you would have the whole place to yourself.
