  • Diamond in the Rough. This is an oasis in the middle of no where. Prices are affordable, though I hear they're going up at the beginning of the year. Most of the staff is amazing, a couple not so much. Food is great. Massages are great. I wish there was a little more to do close by. This is a place that you'd want to stay 1 or 2 nights, not much more. This is a nice little get away for the whole family.
  • We had a family reunion at Downata Hot Springs this July and it was awesome! We rented the Ranch house which was perfect for my grandparents and my sister's family that had little baby. As a group we had the house, tents and an RV. Something for everyone. The pools were great fun with 4 big slides and two smaller ones. Everything was reasonably priced. Plus the host families were so helpful and nice. Can't wait to return next year!
  • Nice hot pools with underwater colored lights. Strong jets to massage away aches and pains. Facility looks new and up to date. Well maintained and kept clean.
  • Very nice place. Relaxing setting away from all traffic noise and distractions. Great family feeling like you used to get at camp when you were a kid. This is the place to go and spend time to get away. The pool is well kept and busy. Fun to watch all the kids do their stuff and have fun. Hot springs were very nice and felt great. Great little snack shop. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was there was some uncertainty on the hours of the Hot springs and pool. We showed up expecting to take a dip to find out they were closing them early. Then the next night they had to close early too because of mosquito spraying. But overall.... still a great place. RV parking was nice and had lots of green. Good space. Wifi was pretty good. Great horses to pet.
  • A family friendly resort. Good value for the price. The pools are very warm and the water slides are a lot of fun. The campground is well shaded; however it is very tight. You're basically on top of your neighbor, which is fine until one of your neighbors start playing their music. They advertise free wifi, but it doesn't work. We tried to connecting four different devices. Overall we had a great experience. We'll be coming back.
