  • My wife and I heard about Downata Hot Springs from a friend & decided to call the Tuesday before & book the cabin/dinner deal for that Friday night. Then we ended up needing to cancel the next day. They let us cancel but told us they were going to take the $106 anyway. The good news is we talked it over for a while. They were very professional about it. They ended up only charging us with a cancellation fee. We will still try to get there sometime!
  • What an amazing place! They have just about everything you need to enjoy some time away from work and with family or friends. Play in the pool, race down the slides, soak in the hot pool, camping, excellent restaurant, and much more. They accommodate all size of groups.
  • Went there for a school field trip last year and this year. Super fun pools and slides are great! But restaurant was absolutely horrendous! I understand that with a whole school there is is a little chaotic, but it should not have been this way. My first year my friends and I waited in line for an HOUR and got to the front and had to wait another twenty minutes! We ordered and then waited another half and our food came-but they for got 3 out of the 4 things we ordered. We eventually got our other food after a long time, and then they asked us to leave a tip..? Now this year was pretty much the same. They had three people working and it was one poor girl's first day!! There was one person in front of me and I waited for 45 mintues for HIM to order. (so not that bad..jk) And they were so sloppy and flustered.(I felt bad actually) I finally got to order and then waited 20 minutes for my milkshake. Please have more staff when you know a school of kids are coming, we shouldn't have to go through that and neither should they. But aside from food I had a fun time and would go there again. With my own milkshake...
