History Museum Historic Site
For the child who believes milk comes from the grocery store instead of a cow, for the woman who remembers using a cornsheller on her grandmother's farm, the family who takes twentieth century technological advances and the farmer for granted, the Delaware Agricultural Museum and Village offers a memorable and educational experience. By preserving the quickly fading agricultural heritage of Delaware and the Delmarva Peninsula, the Museum stands as an important legacy for future generations.

  • I taught a class at the ancient school and it was all around fun for everyone. You can feed pigs, chickens, and there is a whole bunch to see!!
  • Attended a wedding held at the grounds of the museum. During the downtime, we were able to walk around and explore the complex. It was very fascinating and 1 hour was not enough to see everything here. I would highly recommend stopping by, especially if you have children.
  • Love their family activities, like the Halloween event and the Christmas village.
  • Good friendly staff
  • Amazing for kids
