  • I really liked the botanical gardens but I was expecting a bit more. All the gardens were well groomed and cared for, and the places to walk were cleaned very nicely but there wasn't all that much. My...  more »
  • Smallish but thoroughly enjoyable. Can do in 2 hrs or less. Opens at 7 am, a plus. Easy to find. A must-see while in the area or traveling thru (not far from main hwy).  more »
  • Great place to teach kids about different plants. Lots blooming. Even bugs in the bushes, which is great because you know it is not over pesticide. Lovely walks and gorgeous trees. Greenhouse was spec...  more »

  • This is a beautiful well organized garden. Lots to see with many labels to know what your seeing. Great photo spots! The red bridge in the Asian area is the most photographed I believe. Good shade in most areas. Enjoy!
  • Wonderful scenery and a beautiful walking/jogging trail. There is a pond, so be cautious with your kids. The pond has koi fish and turtles living in it and are super cool to see. A pretty flower donation section is in the center of the gardens, and a nice area to take photos is near this area. There is a fence near the gazebo where couples can go "lock their love" with any lock. This is a very fun and relaxing place to go on any day. Highly recommended
  • Nice gardens. Lovely walkways. Went at opening and had place to myself. Very peaceful. Liked the Japanese garden.
  • Great variety of plants, trees, bushes & flowers. Leashed dogs are permitted. This is a great place to learn about which flora grow well in the Dothan area.
  • Although the Gardens could use a little upgrade, it's a unique place to visit. Bring your bug spray though.
