  • While the golf course is not open, but on a seasonal basis the ski slopes, the zip line, waterfront activities, and trails are all open with bike/ski/waterfront rentals available on site. This may be ...  read more »
  • We were here in early May. Nothing open except a tiny grocery store. But the trails were open and gorgeous. They will be opening the lifts for hikers and bicyclists during the weekends this summer.
  • We're not skiers, but took a leisure drive to Tamarack the other day just to check it out. Lot's of people having fun in the snow and enjoying the beautiful scenery there. We wanted a cup of coffee an...  read more »
  • We attended the Saturday concert series a couple times this summer, it's a beautiful setting and we had a lot of fun. We also snowboard Tamarack regularly it is the least crowded mountain in Idaho. The runs are fun the employees are helpful and happy. The food service needs drastic improvement though.
  • Brown shower water, vacant resort- but no room upgrades available, very firm beds. "Queen" beds are actually "double". We were the only car in the parking lot but couldn't upgrade without paying a few hundred dollars. The resort is so beautiful, but completely empty. Feels like The Shining. This place needs new energy. Sad, but so much potential here!!! One more thing-- no "resort" amenities available. More like basic hotel amenities.
  • Very disappointing! We paid $175 for a "resort" hotel with a balcony. What we got was a dark room WITHOUT a balcony, a shower head that wouldn't stay up, a thermostat that didn't cool below 71, no food available anywhere on the property after 9pm- not even a small concession offering soup or snacks, and to make matters worse, NO NIGHT STAFF anywhere in the lodge. Once the last person checks in the desk clerk leaves so you are literally on your own. When we checked out in the morning the desk clerk apologized and expressed personal concern about our stay. She said the manager would call us mid-week and she even suggested that our visit be "comp'd." It's been a week since we left, still no call from a manager or anyone else from the hotel. Don't waste your money on this property, go to McCall!
  • My wife and I stayed for the day to enjoy some spring snow. We went during a spring break weekend and it was far from crowded. We still had plenty of room on the slopes. The food was decent, albeit you paid resort prices. We only wished they had another lift as the lift lines would sometimes build up a bit. We still never waited longer than a minute to ride. Overall, great snow, great views, and a great time to be had!
  • Beautiful location and scenery. Great archery shoot. Definitely going to be back. Hands down the best place to see in McCall/ Donnelly.
