  • Wow! we chanced upon this by following our GPS. After visiting the Dingmans Falls visitors center and waterfalls we thought we've seen the best this area has to offer. Wrong. The George W. Childs Park...  more »

  • Pick a day after a heavy rain and the waterfalls are spectacular. We visited in early April 2017. Childs Park overall is lovely with easy parking and a simple path with nicely done steps to see the stream and all 3 falls. Really worth the visit.
  • Found a gem of the parks in the poconos small but with the best spots to have a awesome time by the water and rocks
  • I had a great adventure at this park.I would definitely recommend visiting this park. It counts with amazing views and waterfalls.
  • GORGEOUS April 2017 after heavy rains. Very easy walking path. A beautiful little escape into nature.
  • Beautiful trail. Got here around 3pm and there was plenty of parking. Its probably more crowded during the summer. This was my first hike and it was pretty easy. There were a few waterfalls on this trail, they were small but still very pretty. Great weather for hiking now. Bring some sandwiches and grab a quick bite by the waterfall. There are no trash cans so take your garbage with ya!
