The middle tower is mostly retail while the two on either side are offices. The retail area is very interesting and there are many one-of-a-kind shops, but the navigation is a nightmare - it is like a... read more »
I went to the Ren Cen (as the locals apparently call it) a couple of times during our last visit. There is a circular walkway that you take to get to where you want to go. I think there is a museum bu... read more »
デトロイトを象徴する高層ビルです。但し、デトロイトは他の大都市に比べると高層ビルは少ないと思います。このセンターはショールームが有名と聞いてましたが、１Ｆのコーナーは２０１７年まで大規模な改装工事中でした。It is to symbolize the Detroit skyscrapers. However, I think compared to other large cities, Detroit skyscraper is less. Told this Center is famous for the showroom and until the year 2017, the massive renovation was corner of the 1st floor.show original
Great staple and landmark for the great city of Detroit. While I was living downtown I would frequent the Ren Cen to for tons shopping as well as a quick food run. It has a very nice view of the Detroit River and Windsor, Canada and is perfectly centered on the Detroit River Walk as well as not too far from Greek Town and the Joe. Lovely starting point for city folks and site seers.
Welcome to the maze, Worst building design ever. You will have to circle around around around and around to get to your destination. It makes me so angry because I see the floor I want to go, but it is so hard to find the escaltor or elevator. Good thing is that you don't need to go out to exercise, just become maze runner.
Iconic place, just beautiful! Great View great service, great price. Bar on the lobby. It may suck a little if you get a room facing away from the rover, just because of the view.
Well I stayed at the Renaissance for Valentine's Day and I was shocked to see how mediocre it was. I understand they were booked for the holiday and we may have got whatever they had left, even though we made reservations. We had to get a hearing assessable room which was fine but the view was terrible (the side of the hotel). My sisters also stayed at the hotel and their experience was fine except my sister couldn't get the television to turn on and they were doing maintenance to the room next to her so she had no shower for half of her stay, however they did give her a $50 credit, but what I didn't understand is why my room was at least $50 more than theirs with that terrible view. I certainly hope it wasn't because the room was hearing assessable.
Great iconic place in the heart of Detroit city. Nice to visit with family. Good restaurants inside, and car displayed.
