I love the Charles H Wright museum, always so educational and fun. Love going to the other events they host here at this beautiful museum
Absolutely a great place to visit! We learn something in every tour. Take your family or friends.
Really unique, thoughtful, honest museum. The slave ship can be rough for little ones, with its stacks of breathing mannequins. But everybody loves the music shop.
Not very impressive. Went there for day, but were all very disappointed. First off we came in the building and had to wait terribly long til they finally got around serving us even though there was no other visitors in the building. Then they sent us downstairs to wait for the guide. We had to wait another LONG time. When the guide finally came he acted rushed and asked us how much time we had and made us think that an hour would be plenty. So we told him we had easily an hour. We wanted to take it slow and easy. But then he rushed us through everything like we were on fire. The areas where the recordings were playing he didnt even stop long enough for us to get the gist of what was said. Overall it was a very poor experience.
Loved this place! Excellent displays. Must see slave ship.
